Rusted Gears in arc raiders items are a tricky resource to find. The Rusted Gears only appear in certain areas, and you could still miss one even if your visit the right area. These are needed to raise your Gunsmith level from 2 up to 3. This page shares the best places to go in ARC Raiders to find Rusted Gears.

 

 Rusted Gear in ARC Raiders

 

 Rusted Gears may be found at multiple locations in ARC Raiders. This is largely determined by the map and RNG. Rusted Gears is an Industrial Part, so look in places where Industrial Parts may appear.

 

 We recommend the Dam Battlegrounds or Spaceport maps for those looking to narrow down their searches. These maps can be found on Stella Montis. However, if your goal is to avoid encounters with other players as much as possible, you may want to stick to the previously mentioned three maps.

 

 Try to carry out a Night Raid if you want to improve your chances of buy arc raiders coins on any one of these maps or the locations that we list below. Night Raids may be more dangerous than normal raids, but the chances of finding loot are higher. It is possible to enter these locations and use a Free Loadout in order to directly go to the looting area to obtain your Rusted Equipments.

 

 Dam Battlegrounds Rusted Items Locations

 Rusted Gears are possible to drop on the Dam Battlegrounds map in a few different locations. You can find both the Hydroponic Dome Complex as well as the Power Generation Complex in the northern part of the map. Power Generation Complex, being a Medium Item Rarity in a prominent position, may offer a higher chance of success.

 

 Water Treatment Control and Primary Facility, if you're spawning closer to Dam Battlegrounds' center, are both great options. This is where we found the most Rusted Gears. The Primary facility is the halfway point between many points of interests, and it has a high rate of loot drops for other items. The Primary Facility is not considered a medium or high loot point. However, players will still be near it.

 

 

 The Wreckage, located in the southern portion of the Map, is another locati0n worth trying. Rusted Gears can drop in the Scrapyard, but it's not guaranteed. You will need to examine every car that has been wrecked to find them. It's not an ideal area to look for Rusted Parts but we recommend it because of where you start on the map. Never know where you may find some awesome items.

 

 

 In contrast to Dam Battlegrounds locations, Industrial Items are more likely to be dropped near the center of a map. For a chance to locate them, explore the Vehicle Maintenance points of interests, Container Storages, and Rocket Assemblys. They're all fantastic places, but being in the center of map makes them dangerous. Spaceport has a lot of ARCs who are more aggressive and prone to shooting.

 

 

 Rusted Gears can also be found at the Shipping Warehouse located on the north-side of Spaceport. It is right next to Arrival, but unlike the two other places, it's not listed as having a high or medium loot-value. Although it's always worth a look, the odds of finding Rusted Equipment are low.

 

 The Blue Gate should be your final stop to try and find Rusted GEARS. Rusted Gears can be found in three different locations, which are all located closer to the center of the screen and southwest. You'll want to travel through the Checkpoint as well as the Adorned Wreckage.

 

 

 Checkpoint is most likely the best place to start. This is where you should go to reach the Outer Gates. There are multiple ARCs that patrol through the Checkpoint. A Leaper and a Bastion will also walk through this area quite often. Due to these deadly foes you will need to tread very carefully. However, the rewards are well-worth it.

 

 If you don't feel like exploring this dangerous place, check out the Adorned Wreckage, which is located to the west, or the cars in the Highway Collapse. Rusted Gears are found at these places, but you'll need to be part of a Night Raid.
